Refunds

Once we received your return and inspected it, we will immediately release the funds. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be issued. If it’s been longer than the said time, please contact your banking company for an estimate of when you can expect to see the funds on your bank statement.

Free Shipping!

We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S.

Orders with expedited shipping that is placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will not ship the same day. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Defective Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please don't hesitate to contact us at help@torgeis.com describing the issue, and our customer support team will be happy to look into the case and assist you.

Our Return/Exchange Policy

We’re sorry your order wasn’t a perfect match! We are happy to assist with exchanging it for a different size/style. Before exchanging please make sure:

  • Your return/exchange request is submitted within 30 days on the date of purchase.
  • Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
  • Your return/exchange request is from Our Website. Otherwise, please contact the retailer of where you purchased the item so they can further assist you with your concern.
  • We will provide a FREE shipping label for your return/exchange request however, there is a fixed $7.95 restocking fee for all return and/or exchange requests.
  • For International returns (no exchange available), you must purchase your own shipping label to ship the item/s back to us.

 

If you wish to return your item/s please make sure your order was not final sale and/or used a final sale code- as these are non refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria mentioned above, as ell as the our terms and conditions.
